Subhadra Bowman yoga teacher, entrepreneur, humanitarian, and youth activist is the founder of three empowering organizations -Yoga Angels www.yogaangels.com , Vibe Holistic www.vibeholistic.com and Your Kids Organization www.yourkids.org.

Subhadra has spent 17 years studying self-development and self-mastery which propelled her into self-discovery and personal transformation.

Subhadra recently broadened her life-skills to include motivational speaking and authorship. She truly is the epitome of “live your dreams”, Subhadra’s book “Strip to the Naked Truth” A journey from adversity to prosperity, documents the raw colorful moments of her life that brought her to Spirituality while annihilating poverty. Her book takes the readers on a riveting journey of her life, and shares the self -development tools and healthy tips on how to live a balance and creative life that she lives by daily. Subhadra is the producer of the Yoga Angels children’s yoga DVD and writer of a teacher’s training manual. She is a passionate educator who has found fun ways to inspire and empower throughout the United States, Russia and Italy by teaching healing art. She is currently working in Jamaica certifying yoga teachers via Yoga Angels Jamaica teachers training program. Subhadra shares her vast knowledge of holistic living and the healing art, with the humble desire to improve herself and the lives of everyone she encounters. Since 1997 Subhadra has served at-risk children, while empowering and inspiring kids and adults throughout schools and corporations.

A dedicated, loving and selfless teacher and mother of four ages 6-21, she began her first nine years of yoga studies for both children and adults at the BKS Iyengar Institute of Los Angeles. Subhadra studied TV/Film production with a focus on producing at Los Angeles Community College, an annex of UCLA, Child Development at West Los Angeles and Global Marketing courses at Cal State University.
